ANNUAL OUTING AND BASEBALL GAME
RIPKEN STADIUM, ABERDEEN, MD
SATURDAY, AUGUST 28th, 2010
The Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) is pleased to announce the annual all-you-can-eat picnic buffet and Ironbirds baseball game at Ripken Stadium on Saturday, August 28th. The APG Chapter and the Central New Jersey Chapter members, family, and friends are welcomed to attend. We will be in the reserved tier left field area with excellent views of the entire field and ballpark. Cost is $35 per person and includes:
- All-you-can-eat buffet with hot dogs, burgers, BBQ pulled pork, pasta salad, chips, baked beans, slaw, cookies, brownies, watermelon, iced tea, sodas, and draft beer from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.
- Baseball ticket to the night game included, which starts at 7:05 p.m., a free Ironbirds baseball cap, and fireworks spectacular after the game
This event is a great opportunity for NDIA members from the APG and the Central New Jersey chapters to network with members in both the government and contractor sectors. The Ironbirds will be playing against the Vermont Lake Monsters, an affiliate of the Washington Nationals. Please visit www.ironbirdsbaseball.com for directions to Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, MD. APG chapter board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month (unless otherwise noted) at the Williamsburg Inn from September through May. Social is from 6:00 – 6:45 PM. Meeting after dinner. Adjourn around 9:00 PM.
General membership luncheon or dinner meetings with government or contractor speakers and tours of facilities held periodically.

Good times a-rolling for the NDIA members & guests at the annual Aberdeen Ironbirds ball game. Good ballpark food, libations, a team win & spectacular fireworks all made for a perfect evening. But who's that hogging the shot?!
