  • Dick retired in May 2003 from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland after completing a 43-year career in Test and Evaluation. For the last 18 years, he held positions as Director of Technical Support, Director of Engineering and Director of Firepower. He is a member of the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara for Artillerymen and has been a member of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Chapter of NDIA for twenty years and has served as Treasurer of the chapter for four years.

  • Randy Rippin has been in technical and management positions supporting DOD clients for small and medium sized technical consulting firms since 1976. In July of 2003 he and 2 partners formed RTR Technologies, LLC an operations research consulting firm based in Aberdeen, MD, to support both DHS and DOD clients needing answers to budget, performance, and test questions for their major programs. Randy manages strategic development, R&D, and business development for RTR as he provides direct support to Navy and DHS clients in Readiness, Technology Insertion, and Manpower analysis. In support of the APG Chapter of NDIA Randy is the committee chair for the APG NDIA scholarship program.

  • Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Roth has earned degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Drexel University. He also graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and Army War College. He is a registered Professional Engineer and nationally certified Plant Engineer and practiced engineering at several large firms in New York and Philadelphia prior to joining the government. He has worked at Ft. Eustis, NASA Langley Research Center and at Aberdeen Proving Ground where he was the Deputy to the Technical Director, Aberdeen Test Center. Along with his duties at NDIA, he is on the Board of Directors and Executive Steering Committee of several other technical organizations. He is a past President of the Society of American Military Engineers and member of the NRA.
